What's the big deal about Easter? We'd love to tell you all about it! Jesus, the Son of God, lived a sinless life, and chose to lay His life down to atone for the sins of Man. But His death and burial were not the end. Just as Jesus willingly laid his life down out of his immense love for us, He also had the authority to take his life back up again (John 10:18). We recently finished an in-depth study on the book of Mark (check out our YouTube channel to find the study), and in the last few weeks the Pastor has been discussing the incredible amount of evidence to support the truth of Jesus' resurrection. The grave was empty, and He lives, which means every one of us can have a real and personal relationship with the God who created the universe. This is only a brief explanation, but if you want to know more, you will encounter the greatest love story there is to know-God's love for us all.
Our goal at HBBC is to share the amazing love God has lavished on us through Jesus Christ. We welcome you as you are-no one is perfect here, and we don't expect you to be. We all humbly seek to learn and worship our Savior and reflect His perfect sacrificial love as we live life together as a church body.
In addition to Sunday School and Worship service, we have Bible Studies live and in person, times of Fellowship, potlucks, and other special events.
